As a small company, we strive our best to provide exceptional service, however, certain issues like lost or stolen packages are beyond our control once the package has been handed to the carrier. If your package has been delivered, but you can't find it, please try the following:
- Double-check that your shipping address is correct on your email confirmation.
- Check where the package was physically delivered to. This could be your mailbox, front porch, or at the side of the gate of the address.
- Check with your neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.
- Check with your local post office as there are times the tracking shows delivered, but the package is left at the post office for pick-up instead.
If you still can't locate your order, please reach out to our support and we can try to assist you in filing a missing claim with the carrier. Please note that filing a claim may take a minimum of 7 business days before we can provide a decision.
